Public BSP generation, enemy behavior, and Perlin-noise implementations.
Implementation study ↗PROFILE / DIRECTION
A third-year undergraduate at the University of Aizu, with internship experience at two game companies.
KOTA ITO / JAPANCURRENT / IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
I am a third-year undergraduate at the University of Aizu and build games in Unity, alongside C / C++ gameplay and graphics experiments. My interests are growing from making small games work toward evaluating generated worlds and agent navigation.
This portfolio centers on source-linked technical studies and an implementation demo with reproducible inputs.
SKILLS / LINKED TO WORK
Public BSP generation, enemy behavior, and Perlin-noise implementations.
Implementation study ↗Rooms and corridors, multi-scale noise, and terrain queries beyond stored regions.
Terrain study ↗Rule-based chasing in an existing game; a new A* / BFS comparison in this site.
Comparison lab ↗EXPERIENCE / GAME INDUSTRY
I have participated in internships at two game companies. Company names are not disclosed.
FUTURE / RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am considering graduate study at the University of Aizu to investigate game-AI algorithms and terrain generation. This is my intended direction for future graduate study.
FUTURE / INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Building on my internship experience, my goal is to gain further industry experience and work at a game studio in Japan or internationally. I want to communicate design intent, improve through review, and bring technical ideas into playable games with a team.
This section describes future goals. Please contact me to discuss timing and requirements for further internships or collaboration.
